Whitney har færdiggjort sin uddannelse og kæmper med stresset over sit første, 'rigtige' job og al dramaet over at være blevet single. Audrina prøver at finde ud af det med sin første, seriøse kæreste, men at gå ud hver aften med single-roommaten Lauren, gør det ikke let. Heidi forsøger at lege 'far, mor og børn' med Spencer, men kæmper med at være væk fra sin bedste veninde Lauren, for da Spencer gerne vil tage deres forhold et skridt videre, hvem kan Heidi så gå til og få råd?
Lauren er træt af at være single og er på udkig efter Mr. Right, men med hendes nye ansvar på 'Teen Vogue', en ny roommate og en ekskæreste, der er tilbage i hendes liv, hvordan skal hun så nogensinde finde ham?
Lauren og Heidi har ikke talt sammen siden Heidi flyttede ind med Spencer, og det vil nu vise sig, om Hollywood er stor nok en by til at rumme en gruppe tætte veninder, der er blevet splittet i to.
