Fra skaberne af Find Nemo, Biler og Ratatouille kommer nu historien om den charmerende robot Wall-E. Hop ind i tidsmaskinen, stil ind på året 2700. Vi befinder os langt ude i fremtiden og menneskene har for længst forladt Jorden og venter på besked for at kunne vende tilbage. Tilbage findes kun en flittig lille robot ved navn Wall-E. Alene og pligtopfyldende gør han det han en gang blev bygget til, nemlig at rydde op og samle skrot. Og efter at have gjort det hver dag i flere hundrede år, er han blevet ekspert i sit job!
